Retouching? Color Correction?
Professional-grade cameras produce amazing images, but right out of the camera those images might not look so good. That’s because these cameras don’t process any of the data. Your smartphone does process the data, which makes the images look decent but makes editing the photos after the fact harder.
Enter retouching! (And color correction.)
Photographers take the images from their cameras and do the color correction themselves to ensure that the final photo matches the image in their mind. This empowers the creative process.
Retouching follows color correction. During retouching, all unwanted blemishes, acne, uneven skin tones, wrinkles, bags under the eyes and other unwanted problems can be removed. Below are two of the most common retouching done to a photo:

Acne outbreaks can be devastating to the self confidence of anyone. Not only can they happen at any time but they can also happen to anyone and at any age (yes, adults can get acne, too).
Using years of retouch experience in applications like Lightroom and Photoshop, I can remove the blemishes, clear up skin color, and smooth out scars.
So now, when looking back at those precious memories contained within the photos, you will see the real you, and not the temporary damage of youth or bad skin days.

Recently, people use quick filters found in apps on their phones to de-age themselves. Unfortunately, the results make you look plastic or are over the top to the point where no one would believe it.
My approach is different.
No filters are used in my retouching and de-aging process. Everything is done by hand to insure that you will still look like you, only younger and in a totally believeable way.
